The only people who disagree with that are the nostalgia-blinded fanbrats.JP'93 is not even close to being good, let alone "amazing". There's nothing special other than the dino-effects. The characters had no special personality. Goldblum sucks in BOTH films(see Nostalgia Critic review) and the movie's Isla is not exotic/mystical like the book's Isla was.
