There is a lovely lass called Emma in it who works with several alcoholics; helping to manage their money, their accomodation, escorting them around, helping them out. She is a true hero in my eyes. Very cool, calm, easygoing, friendly and patient, even with very difficult situations. I couldn't believe she almost lost her job due to government cutbacks. She seems such a decent, genuine kind young woman who really cares about the people she helps.
