Dec 7, 2010 - yes. 25 october he turned 40... amazing, right?he will only do 1 or 2 more tournaments, he said. if he will lose badly this one, he will only do superbouts, otherwise he will do 1 more tournament before only doing superbouts.I think it would be a great ending of his career to go out with a bang and take the title once more... But i highly doubt it, to be honest!

He seems to have developed a bad habit of dropping his hands in his recent fights - he simply cannot afford to do that this time or he risks getting ktfo in the first fight as Mighty Mo has serious power in that overhand right!

Dec 12, 2010 - Man, i feel really bad now.This man proved me wrong showing a true warrior spirit.I take my hat off and apologize for doubting him.Anyways, neither of us really believed that he was going to make it to the final, but let me tell you somthing,for me he is the real k1 champion since he beated the former champion in Semmy Schilt.Again, mad props and the best of luck for the next year.

Dec 12, 2010 - I was actually dead serious when I picked him to make the finals. Mighty Mo is almost as bad as bob sapp when it comes to training for a fight and when he showed up with no corner I knew Aerts would win that one. I also knew that if he used the same game plan as 2008 he'd be able to beat schilt. I was really hoping he would have won but Overeem was just too much for anybody in that tourney this year.
