May 23, 2011 - Amen to that, simple can be just as awesome as complex...I love acoustic songs for their simplicity, but I also greatly enjoy complex stuff.

May 25, 2011 - if John Bonham was the drummer it would be epic!

Jun 14, 2011 - Just an FYI to dumb people. A wide vocal range doesn't mean you are a good singer. It's better to sound good in your limited range than hit high notes and sound screechy. Plus, Chester can scream like none other.

Jul 13, 2011 - holy shit, this is amazing! I would love to hear Chester do more stuff like this and AC DC

Sep 11, 2011 - Boy, do I have something for you that WILL surprise you!Watch the 'Faint' at Rock Am Ring 2007 live version. The ending screams, of the outro part of the song. You'll be surprised :)
Traiannnn Says:
Sep 11, 2011 - if you type in on youtube; linkin park rock am ring 2007, you'll get faint first, click that one, then go to 3:08 and be surprised. it's probably one of the highest screams he's ever done at a live performance.
Gnomofoby Says:
Sep 12, 2011 - So he should stay in their style, on LP, with its Screams, and not try to sing Hard Rock, because he has no ability or vocal timbre to do it.
Gnomofoby Says:
Sep 12, 2011 - I never said he can't do Screams. He can, yes, and very well. If I do not admit it, i would be a complete idiot. Chester makes amazing Screams. I don't need to see Faint to surprise me. I saw and I had no surprise, because I knew he was makes great Screams. But that's all he can do. Screams. His voice is too smooth and clean when he is not doing their screams. Because it is so soft, he can not do drives, or reach high treble.

Sep 13, 2011 - Okay wait, I have a song for you by Linkin Park./watch?v=zQLMrN2d460 start at 0:16

Sep 13, 2011 - And pay attention the way he sings after 1:25
Gnomofoby Says:
Sep 13, 2011 - Okay, kid. 've Watched and I was not surprised. If this is enough to amaze you, fine. But not for me. Simple. I'm sorry, but I'm not satisfied for Good singers. To surprise me, a singer has to be perfect. Abnormal, and sing like few humans can sing. And Chester, though good, is light years away from being perfect, or abnormal.

Dec 3, 2011 - Are you talking about Adam Lambert?
Djidjityyy1 Says:
Dec 3, 2011 - I love LP and Chester too, but we all have to admit that Adam Lambert did the cover way better! No offence, I'm just sayin.

Jan 7, 2012 - Holy crap... that kid can actually sing? I hate Linkin Park, but he sounds absolutely great here! The only person I have heard that has done better on a Zeppelin song is Chris Cornell, actually.

Feb 23, 2012 - Damn fine rendition.

Feb 25, 2012 - I find it amazing how some of you cannot hear the vocal versatility this man has. I'm 50 years old, been around for a pretty long time and have heard (live) and been a fan of many rock vocalists (including the mighty Rbt Plant). Chester is a chameleon when it comes to singing....from his anquish screams to his passionate 'smooth' live renditions of songs like 'Rolling in the Deep'. He's definitlely on my top 5 rock vocalist list from the last 30+ yrs.

May 11, 2012 - chester and slash PERFECT

May 7, 2011 - Dear too many to name:Since when was music only about reaching the highest notes or making the most complicated riffs/solos? Music can be great because of simplicity and complexity. As long as it sounds good then why does it matter? Rock fans (esp) nowadays try to be all elitist and snobby about it and it's fucking annoying. Just because a fugue is more complex than a sonata, is it automatically better even if the sonata sounds better? A lot of you I feel would say so just to say so >.>
