May 25, 2012 - Its obvious these guys don't care about their own livelihoods or those of others in their own nation. IEDs are just as successful against Coalition troops, as they are against the civilians that live there. Its sad that they refer to these destructive and horrifying weapons. Additionally, they hope to become martyrs, the brag about it. They no longer are human, they are unholy warriors with an unholy cause for destruction and death.

May 25, 2012 - They actually aren't, most of the operations they perform are on a whim, and most often than not fall apart in the first stages of the operation itself. Radios are outdated, weapons are old, and they lose more and more troops as they continue to fight. As long as they continue to raise arms against the Coalition, we continue to send troops to get rid of them. We do not wish to kill them, but then again, they have brought this on themselves.

In truth, it was eventual, because the connections of oil to our nation is vital, and the establishment of the UN would have asked us to lead in anyways. My friend seems to forget, though smart, that everything eventually happens, whether we like it or not. The Crusades were eventual, this is technically a Crusade for the Muslims, a Jihad... And it won't stop until they "win".

May 26, 2012 - I speak for them, in my heart. They are innocent, being brought up in a religion that allows death and destruction for the furtherance of a faith that is ugly and disgusting. War is war, it took almost two years of preparation for the D-Day invasion, and when the day came well over a thousand civilians were caught in the middle, and the latter days of the invasion, even more were caught. French civilians, any invasion, even with the contemplation of civvies, still will have civilian casualties.
