Oct 31, 2010 - just want to know if you can help me, i followed you video but when i use itunes to restore my phone doesn't restore it just stays on the same screen and then it says iphone could not be restored unknown error(3194), but as i said nothing hapens on the iphone itself no change of screen nothing
