Aug 16, 2007 - Nothing happened. She just got really emotional at the moment. You can hear her kind of choking up/sniffling. Aww man, that stupid skippy thing happens at the best part of the video too. Anyways, she then says something along the lines of, "I've just got a feel good, people. Forgive me. I gotta do it right now." When she came back for the encore she said how women are too emotional/sensitive. Men would play. Not feel a thing and sure it looks cool...

Nov 22, 2008 - emily's mentioned it quite a few times actually..paul haines passed away while making one of his mixtapes with the recorder on pause. i believe it was just natural causes.
