Like Bruce Lee said " all these styles like Karate, Kung fu, etc are like swimming on dry land" mostly are worthless mechanical movements, that is why the shaolin monk Yi Long got his ass kicked by the American fighter named Adrienne Grotte, the MMA fighters use Bruce Lee's fighting methods!
