Leave all the flashy displays and what not to high end luxury cars. The Porsche 911 GT3 RS is more of a drivers car for drivings sake where the 458 is a car too go as quickly as possible which doesn't necessarily make it a better car for it. Still awesome though.

Nov 8, 2010 - Sorry, but when people like Ferrari claiming "new Technology", you better be able to beat every production car within your class. I don't see "new technology" anywhere. The nissan GTR makes less horsepower and weighs a lot more, and still will spank the 458. I wonder why Ferrari hasn't done the Nurburgring. I FREAKING wonder. Ferrari fails by claiming "new technology", I just don't see it if it doesn't beat other cars within its class or even below it. It is a sad claim :(

Nov 8, 2010 - The 458 on 21 km Nurburgring is 7'32'92 beating the Gallardo LP570, R8 V10, GT3 911 turbo SLS (all around 1'40)... - The GTR is better (7'26'70) for two reasons : 4WD (for corners) and 2 turbos (acceleration) - Ferrari has an historical and classical vision of sportscars : no turbos (except F40) and no 4WD - the technology is not there - if you want other informations I can help you - bye

The GT-R 35 is most likely faster (...in real real life) than the 458, still, I would choose the 458 any day! But if I couldn't afford the 458 (...and insurance, maintenance and hostile looks) a GT-R would do just fine!
