I can probably say that 99% of the population would kill for some lean, toned abs. For me i've always had a small waist and i give all the credit to gymnastics, cheer, and volleyball. So this is my usual routine at night, try it out for a minimum of 4 weeks to see results. Giving up won't get you anywhere. But, before starting a harsh regimen or any kind of major diet please talk to a professional. I'm not one. May 2, 2012 - hi i am trying to lose 15 pounds. I'm 5'1 and right now i weigh 134 lbs so I been dying to tone up my arms, trim thighs, and flatten stomach. These are amazing work outs but i have a question, what do u eat b/c i want to make sure i eat the right foods that will burn my belly fat. Like how much you eat a day (i want to eat and crave less foods so lol)

May 4, 2012 - 20 Lunges 10 Squats 1 Minute Wall sit and jogging for 5 minutes straight, then stretch and this is what I do additionally ( I take a ball [any ball, soccer, volleyball watever] and i set it into the air... possibly hard enough to hit the ceiling (WHILE IM LYING DOWN ON A BED) I do this 40x and you can REALLY feel the difference afterwards :)

May 15, 2012 - Hello, have you tried out "Belly Fat TorchMax" (search on Google for it)? On their website you can watch a helpful free video. It made it easier for Ashley to lose her abdominal fat. It might help you out as well...

May 16, 2012 - I felt in this video like you did a bit too much talking than acting on what you were saying. My only suggestion for you when you make another video next time try not to make it as long because it gets really boring and I couldn't watch the whole video because 1, I couldn't hear you properly ( I tuned out LMAO! ) & 2 your talking too much got me really bored , Just though I'd share.
