May 21, 2012 - You're an idiot, just because he didn't say he loves the violin doesn't mean he doesn't love playing it.He can't possibly have started playing the violin (self taught) and imagined in such early years of his life knowing that he'd have earning power far beyond that of a typical adult. Quite honestly you're a moron to suggest that because he didn't say it means it isn't true. In all honesty it's pretty damn obvious that he DOES like playing otherwise he wouldnt've pursued it in the first place.

May 22, 2012 - College money? For what? What major? What Job? Holds it and plays it wrong, probably can't read music! There are plenty of children who can use your help and a break, and are way better. Okay, self taught? Does this mean that the time and money spent on real trained talent is not needed, when a "self taught person" can be just play bullcrap? This is a kid who could never succeed in the real world. There's a ton of kids that can blow him away that are not recognized!

May 23, 2012 - It's not how you are 'taught' to hold the boy, it is the correct way to hold the boy. Violin is harder than guitar, period.

May 24, 2012 - He's cute! Awsome talent (:
eileen1593 Says:
May 24, 2012 - i never said guitar was harder, and if something you doesnt negatively effect the sound, then theres is no correct way of doing something. your way isnt the only way. and you dont hold a boy, its bow. and i'm perfectly aware of how hard it is to play violin bc my sister plays violin. "period."
eileen1593 Says:
May 24, 2012 - exactly, well said
kevincc13 Says:
May 24, 2012 - lol my bad.... meant bow. Holding the bow actually DOES affect how you produce sound and there are specific bowings that cannot be done unless you hold it the "correct" way. I know since I've been playing for 14 years, classically trained, performed at various places, and received multiple scholarships.

LsPointless Says:
May 21, 2012 - Oh look; that pretty much justifies it.He is motivated by his passion, only difference between you and him is that he gets paid a fortune for what he loves doing and you don't know the meaninig of the world jealousy. You're still avoiding the inevitable truth that if you were in his situation doing what you love (not neccessarily the violin) that you would NOT reject being given money. Wanting an easier life isn't sad it's called being human. You are the absolute definition of envy & jealousy.
