Aug 6, 2011 - I saw them four times in the 70's. Twice in "73", then again in "75" and in "77".

TheWoodstockWarrior Says:

Aug 6, 2011 - When the young Woodstock Warrior was being blackmailed by the Police State to work for them, the Captain said, "Welcome my son, Welcome to the Machine." The Warrior replied, "Fuck you too!"

seanwilson556 Says:

Dec 5, 2011 - .. They didn't use Mason's talent in the later albums which really annoyed me. He was just a drummer in the later albums (The Final Cut, Momentary Lapse Of Reason, Division Bell...). When they were a driving creative force in the 70's that''s where he showed his skills. But without Mason, Pink Floyd wouldn't be Pink Floyd.

G0UDMAN Says:

Dec 11, 2011 - @seanwilson556 yes true.. But still don't change the fact that he's incredibly boring to watch in the later years.. Now the echoes video is another story. Classic, raw and a very motivated mason altogether.

Grendelmonster8u Says:

May 8, 2012 - You think The Wall failed? It certaintly didn't fail when they played the two cities here in the US in 1980. No less it's on the top part of the list of Best Worldwide Selling Albums along with Dark Side Of The Moon. Heck, Roger Waters has been selling out multiple consecutive dates around the world with his current Wall Tour even without the other guys. RIP Richard Wright

PKP405 Says:

May 9, 2012 - It's still interesting that Van Halen of all bands managed to put aside their differences and play again! I'm sure it was hard enough trying to work with DLR being the that way he was back in the day. But daaaaaamn their tickets are expensive now. A co-worker of mine saw them for "$20.00 DOLLARS!!!" in 1983.
