Jun 5, 2011 - The whole reason they created Dr. Horrible was to end the writers strike.... They created this incomprehensible Emmy category to reward them, thus telling the writers of CBS (who were on strike at the time) that they were not needed. Listen to Joss Weadon's speech... he says that rebellion basically won't be rewarded. So political!
