If whites are responsible for almost 50 % but are the victims of 90% of murders that would tell you that there are a lot of non white people killing whites. And blacks don't really fair to well in democratic places. Almost every place that has a concentration of poor blacks is ran by the democrats. Republicans have pushed for vouchers in school. That is completely geared toward poor and minority kids. Democrats push against it because unions are more important to them.
