May 14, 2012 - oh yeah he has a memory issue, is he also tone deaf ? or is there an issue with speech ? or does he always just "says" the lyrics instead of actually singing them ?

jwtje96 Says:

May 15, 2012 - Damn got a eargasm!

Keweft Says:

May 16, 2012 - Bob Geldof already said that he doesn't like Pink Floyd songs, eventhough he worked on Pink Floyd The Wall.No wonder he is singing like his mother demanded it.

May 22, 2012 - Bad as Geldof is, even he can't ruin this. The music carries him, and when David starts singing, all is well!

thewriter1008 Says:

May 23, 2012 - Geldof doesn't like Pink Floyd, though.

thewriter1008 Says:

May 23, 2012 - Fascist? That's a bit strong. Remember, he was Pink. Also remember, he brought Rick, David, Roger and Nick back together at Live 8.

floridaskater07 Says:

May 23, 2012 - Caroline Dale is one fine Cellist! I love this acoustic version!

flycentro123 Says:

May 24, 2012 - Ths video is so wrong on so many levels, Bob holding the lyrics on a piece of paper, the drummer dressed like he is going to a jimmy buffett concert, the cello player having sex with her instrument,, its just wrong...

May 25, 2012 - When a comment praising another comment, is a top comment

stewartshedden Says:

May 25, 2012 - Bob yet again proves what a talentless musician he is...cannot be bothered to learn the lyrics

thewriter1008 Says:

May 25, 2012 - I love this sort of stripped down version with the piano and the cello. In fact, if not for Gilmour's solos, it'd be acoustic. I love it! I wish I could hear it with someone other than Geldof on lead vocals. Geldof isn't intolerable, (sounds a bit like Dylan, actually) but he isn't best-suited for a vocal on this song. I envision it being sung by someone in a folk tradition, maybe Neil Young, or maybe a female vocalist, perhaps Stevie Nicks.

partofyourmind Says:

May 25, 2012 - They had Van Morrison sing on a version, the most perfect harmony ;)

thewriter1008 Says:

May 25, 2012 - Not bad at all.
