Description:
$699 http://proguitarshop.com/eastwood-airline-2p-deluxe.html The Eastwood Airline 2P Deluxe pays tribute to the Reso-Glass of the 60's but with improved playability and tone. Rather than fiberglass, the Airline 2P Dlx has a chambered mahogany body and maple neck for a blend of warmth, resonance and attack. Eastwood's Alnico Hot-10 humbuckers deliver a staggering range from hollow jazz tones to a well rounded jangle. Plus, the Airline 2P Deluxe is equipped with a Tune-O-Matic bridge and vintage Kluson style tuners for reliable intonation.

Feb 14, 2012 - I love Eastwood guitars! You should do a demo of their new Eastwood Hi-Flyer Phase 4 models. Great video!

Feb 16, 2012 - Eh, you take a resoglas guitar and I'll take a twin and a silvertone with a big muff, we'll see who gets closer.
gdrugg2006 Says:
Feb 16, 2012 - Yeah, that's why I said either a resoglas or an original one. Meaning one of the awesomely shitty guitars from back in the day.lrn2read
Fichtezxc Says:
Feb 17, 2012 - I was simply commenting that the amps he used are significantly more important to his tone that the material his guitar is constructed out of. Jack still sounds like Jack with his Duo Jet
bialepaski Says:
Feb 17, 2012 - The White Stripes yeah!
gdrugg2006 Says:
Feb 17, 2012 - Oh, I'm sorry man. I totally understand. The amp does make quite a significant difference, no matter what kind of guitar you play.
Stratboy999 Says:
Feb 26, 2012 - It's a great guitar with or without the White Stripes connection.

Mar 2, 2012 - @Jeremy dore. Actually you're thinking of the '59 custom 2p. It has the single coils and rubber binding. This ones a little cheaper. Drops the binding, and has humbuckers.

Mar 12, 2012 - Jack White use one like that.

Mar 17, 2012 - Hypnotize!!!!!
ian6511 Says:
Mar 27, 2012 - when playing, do you ever feel like the volume/tone knobs up top get in the way? Doesn't sound like it when Andy plays - but I'm pretty sure you could have a brick for a bridge and knobs of broken glass and he'd play it flawlessly. Thanks in advance for any insight.

Mar 28, 2012 - Must be a muff!

Apr 9, 2012 - Loved the Jack White sound you got out of it!

Apr 16, 2012 - Eastwoods look beautiful and sound great. What makes them so affordable when compared to Gibson and Fender?
baibloyd Says:
Apr 22, 2012 - AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH amazing!!!!!!!!!
spudvader86 Says:
Apr 24, 2012 - Your paying for the name, Fender or Gibson. Like u said these instruments are beautiful and sound great, so why can't Fender and Gibson do the same for less? There is A LOT of cool, great sounding guitars from other companies out there that r quite a bit cheaper than the usual strat or les paul. Look at fender custom shop guitars, u pay TOP dollar for a beat up guitar...so u can replicate what ur favourite guitar player use to use from back in the day. Crazy
spicyMcHAGGIS9green Says:
Apr 28, 2012 - How in the heck are you getting the tone? I NEED IT!!!!!!
gibsonkeevil123 Says:
May 3, 2012 - The original Airlines where plastic so what the heck Eastwood!
TheTominator45 Says:
May 13, 2012 - no, you pay for a handbuilt, handwired guitar with expensive Brazilian wood. These Eastwoods are made overseas in a factory in Korea. Gibson and Fender handbuild their top-shelf guitars in the good old US of A. But i do agree, "Relic" guitars are incredibly stupid.
08motorizer Says:
May 20, 2012 - i'm going to buy that guitar i can't wait so i watch your video every day 1000000 times thats such an awesome guitar in combination with a big muff you get an eargasm Fuck i love that guitar
theorthianguy Says:
May 23, 2012 - I don't think the philosophy that, the closer to the United States a guitar is made, the better it will automatically be, holds too much water. You can still get some sweet guitars made overseas.
gingerAV Says:
May 24, 2012 - what kind of distortion pedal did you use?

Gorrrz Says:
Feb 12, 2012 - I wanna hypnotize you on the telephone, so many times i called your house just to hear the tone...
