There is A LOT of cool, great sounding guitars from other companies out there that r quite a bit cheaper than the usual strat or les paul. Look at fender custom shop guitars, u pay TOP dollar for a beat up guitar...so u can replicate what ur favourite guitar player use to use from back in the day. Crazy

May 13, 2012 - no, you pay for a handbuilt, handwired guitar with expensive Brazilian wood. These Eastwoods are made overseas in a factory in Korea. Gibson and Fender handbuild their top-shelf guitars in the good old US of A. But i do agree, "Relic" guitars are incredibly stupid.
