Jan 23, 2012 - I was wondering what wing chun training could i practice to get faster thrust punches and some info on working off a bridge i always have a problem on not feeling my opponent when he moves so ive tried blindfolding myself but thats still to advanced any tips? ps master wong is a very good teacher and thanks to john for helping out with the vids
