The DSC traces prove it is NOT like commercial thermite. The seperate pop from thermal expansion and the burn since they happened at different times proves it is NOT thermitic. The lack of aluminum in the red chips as shown in their XEDS maps proves it is NOT thermitic. The energy produced when burned proves it is NOT thermite.

How do you shatter the amount of steel that was in that huge building? It also was a huge hazard and a big problem for the owner, due to the fact that the beams and interior construction were coated with asbestos, which had become illegal. Almost impossible to do anything about, other than a demo - bad for rescuers.
