Feb 1, 2012 - Casper's dad was a great inventor and engineer, when his son died, he devoted his life and attention to trying to bring him back, so he built a machine called the Lazarus that was capable of turning ghosts back into flesh and blood. the key was a very rare substance that was some primordial ooze or state, my guess is that his dad died before he could bring Casper back, and so there was only enough of the potion left for one, and Casper gave it to Kat's dad.
