Apr 22, 2012 - i feel the same way, but the way Hal-Jordans character started off in the comics, he was super irresponsible and goofy..so I think they cast him based on that. But I agree, I would have loved to see a green lantern that i could somewhat take serious. Like John Stewart, who in the comics was always a badass.
