May 3, 2012 - You do realise that Pandas were inserted into WC3 as a joke? An easter egg for people to find. While there was the Pandaren Brewmaster which gave rise to Pandarens and their empire it still seems strange to base a whole expansion on them out of the blue. While I do not disagree with the expansion I see it as Blizzard prioritizing the experience for the Chinese element of WoW gamers which Blizzard hopes will grow. If it were my choice I would have done a legion/naaru/guardian expansion.

May 17, 2012 - Actually, according to the lore (that I know of), a Pandaren was one of the ones to help build one of the Horde capitals, Orgrimmar I think, and when asked to stay, he told them the wild was his home, left, and was never seen again.... They were there, though they didn't play any more parts in the lore (again, that I know of) after that Pandaren went back home and the Horde began war prep.
