Jun 5, 2011 - This is pretty cool man. I would like to see rockband come up with some kind of triggers you can use on a real kit. I don't know what that little kid is saying either nobody is criticizing the developers. I can say that the charting on rock band is pretty accurate for expert, and on guitar hero expert plus is dead on. It might even help kids build technique. For me it's harder to play the rockband kit cuz it feels like hitting wood blocks, but it's all in good fun. Settle down nobody is bragging

You dont learn how to play an actual instrument from playing guitar hero, or rock band, just like you dont learn how to race from playing forza.

Jul 13, 2011 - @666guitarfreak Umm well you're wrong paradiddles are not basics...they are rudiments but the MAIN basics of playon drums are keeping a beat, being on time, and being limb coordinated...so that's what it teaches you I am a drummer...a pretty good one actually and I learned by playing Guitar Hero and Rock band

Their own anxiety makes this happen and shadows the true reality that its a Rythm Game like many before it and is entertainment like GT5, COD, Nascar(The game), All the Kareoki (game or not), Street fighter. I mean how many people play UFC video games or that one boxing game in the arcade where you actually punch. Tons of people do and nobody tells them to learn how to really spar or to join a jr fighting circuit.
