Don't you know that calling 911 without an emergency is a punishable offense?!?!?! Innocent people are dying out there because you're too busy holding up the damn phone lines!!!!!!!!!!!! I have an officer enroute to your location right now!!!!!!!!!!!! Most of the time it works!!!
