Dec 28, 2010 - Brilliant. Brings back the memories of Barnetby, The Forth Bridge and Newport when these were there on coal trains. All that compares is the Tractor and nowdays all we have are the silent Sheds and 67's.

Nov 17, 2011 - What was that guy doing at 1:28, getting off the loco? Aren't people meant to wear hi-vis clothing when near the track?
N330AA Says:
Dec 18, 2011 - I don't really like videos which focus on the loco so much. I'd rather see and hear the carriages go buy than see a distant view of the loco at a really acute angle.

Jan 17, 2012 - That first train almost had a SPAD... the signal arm was hardly 'off'.

Mar 28, 2012 - I lived between Cannock & Bloxwich as a kid. The tracks was literally at the top of my garden. 56's were used from the mid 70s or so on MGR trains and believe me, these bastards were loud. You'd hear a horn in the distance then 2 minutes later they'd deafen you as they went up Wyrley bank absolutely flat out. My pillows would vibrate as they went past and diesel fumes would come into the bedroom. Fuck's sake! lol
