drktigger Says:
Sep 17, 2011 - Well, the spotter is an actual marine sniper playing himself, and he's re-enacting the actual event. Besides, the enemy is 979 yards away and are already looking at the convoy the marines are traveling in.

Sep 19, 2011 - ok well that doesnt answer my question. Did they pat down the dirt to eliminate shroud? I dont think so.
drktigger Says:
Sep 19, 2011 - As I understand, the creators used blank rounds while shooting the show, and there's a bit of sand blowing away after the shots.
mpshags Says:
Sep 30, 2011 - dont forget that a sniper also has his scope...yeah it may dampen his ability to engage targets and by then he is compromised, but still, even if you take out a good snipers spotter he can still find targets...that doesnt make him blind, that just makes your team 1 less and compromised.
inazumaninjutsu Says:
Sep 30, 2011 - Yes, I dont know if you are in the military or not. But when a sniper moves with a spotter means that the spotter is an important asset. If you kill the spotter the sniper wont continue his mission and will either hide or flee.
freindlyapache101 Says:
Oct 15, 2011 - It's more like BFBC2 cause they are using M24A1 snipers while in CoD you mainly use the RSASS or M82A1 or M107

Dec 21, 2011 - How can you tell me that? Have you served?
Bran732 Says:
Dec 25, 2011 - Well to become a sniper, it doesnt take 10 years. In my best guess, up to 2-years after you join? All depends on your qualifications and what you want to do and how long they will take. Usually people that make careers out of the military most people would like to reach about 10-20 years.
bmister50 Says:
Jan 13, 2012 - Nowadays if you serve 5 years in the army you automatically are in for a 10 year contract.
Cantstopthebaddancer Says:
