Nov 9, 2011 - That was really cool. Thanks for posting up this video. I learned something about better listening skills, which seems to be very clearly represented in this video. I really like how you mention empathy. Here's something I'm curious about: When I'm trying to figure out how someone feels about a subject, I tend to focus on their personality and love language. Does this mean that I'm not listening to the actual words? Or am I simply overthinking the conversation?

Mar 18, 2012 - What he's saying is CEO's are corrupt and he's saying that if the CEO wants all the cash why doesn't he do all the work? At least warren buffet does most of the work and he only has a small team. How big is McDonald's huge but all the workers do the work should the CEO get millions more just because they set the infrastructure and working boundary formulas in place it's not that hard that they justify millions.

May 15, 2012 - You know you're a bad active listener when you find yourself thinking of a rebutal before the video has ended. Also, IMO, a video targeted at people who have trouble listening probably shouldn't be 17min long. I learned a lot anyway, thanks!
