If you take some tones and listen to them isolated from the song, you may think they're not reached "properly", or maybe that they're out of tune, or that she could've done better. But, dude, she makes every tone get its sense by preceeding one to another perfectly. Each one has it's reason to be because of the previous one. This makes this perfomance (and I'd say all of hers :) ) perfect.
