Feb 29, 2012 - I am wanted to eat at a Korean restaurant, and I was wondering if it would be rude to hold the metal chopsticks in the way that the Chinese do, instead of the way you normally see koreans do. Thanks!

Apr 6, 2012 - isn't it too sweet bec. you added too much sugar on it? thanks:))
aeriskitchen Says:
Apr 10, 2012 - Since I separated the sugar in different ingredients instead of put all at once.. it seems lots of sugar..but if you taste my jap chae..it's not too bad..jap chae has sweet and salty flavor.. many people tried and loved it.. so try it someday.
aeriskitchen Says:
Apr 10, 2012 - aha..and you can always adjust the sugar or soy sauce depending on your taste. :)
aeriskitchen Says:
Apr 10, 2012 - I don't drink alcohol either.. when the cooking wine is cooked in heat.. it's no longer alcohol..that's why i use it for cooking.. but you can just skip if you don't want..
aeriskitchen Says:
