It should be up to them not the government. Is their body not the government owning it.Ecocentric is more extreme than biocentrism.Is caring for all life and valuing its value above ur own.Jainism is ecocentric example, they wouldn't even kill smallest bug.They wouldn't kill a tree completely etc.
