Raywilliamjohnson uses other peoples content directly on his video asking for praise for re-posting someone elses content which is illegal (making a shitload btw) whereas sxephil provides links to these videos or other things so that they can get the credit and not him. understand?

Let's be real - they BOTH do a news show...and they put their own spin on it. Thus, making it commentary, making it fall under fair use. Otherwise, they would BOTH be shut down.
