Jan 30, 2012 - I want this guy as my lawyer.
wisdomtrek Says:
Jan 30, 2012 - I'm confused, if the constitution is a contract betw private individual's, to wit the vast MAJORITY of person's aren't party to it, then how does the constitution's fifth amendment apply? Besides which the POWER'S-THAT-BE have nullified law and the consequential legal constraint's. This is the OLD WEST where might makes right. 9/11Reichstag nullified EVERYTHING.
wisdomtrek Says:
Jan 31, 2012 - Only a lawyer could expound upon a 10 second message, DON'T TALK TO THE POLICE, PERIOD, such to encompass a 48:40 min long Vlog.
Djoooleee123 Says:
Jan 31, 2012 - @wisdomtrek he is teaching in law school, they must know why they should tell there client to not talk whit police
Pikuhlz Says:
Jan 31, 2012 - If you were to be confronted by the police in some situation where they were possibly going to arrest you (or you were suspected or something) and you refused to talk to them, could they use THAT against you and say it was an obstruction of justice or not cooperating? Thus arresting you for not speaking to them.
MrDecyphr Says:
Feb 1, 2012 - better call Saul
DaveDinnerDude Says:
Feb 1, 2012 - @Pikuhlz No. Not talking in no case equals obstruction of justice.

idlecs Says:
Feb 3, 2012 - @wisdomtrek No, anyone with a vast knowledge of any field can talk at length about various aspects of it, and explain the reasoning behind their decisions. One thing is to receive a command and follow it - another is to understand it.
dmoquinn Says:

CygnusDeguoren Says:
Feb 4, 2012 - The USA are an absolut broken society. The only solution is a peaceful revolution and a national convent like in East Germany 1990. Then build it up from scratch. Start with "The Universal Declaration of Human Rights"
serenab4 Says:

alexanderkundrat Says:
Feb 10, 2012 - I'm from Italy, and what the police officer says about there being no rules for police interrogations is bs. we might have a corrupt political and judicial system that accounts for brutality that can happen, but the law is still there... also, it's not like it never happens in the US
soluna668 Says:
