Jun 1, 2011 - Yes.. Every wide body aircraft have crew bunks for the crew to take a sleep and rest.. the same thing also applied to the cabin crews..

Jun 7, 2011 - i am sure there come days in their lives when they land the beast, disembark look back at the giant and wonder how. awesome feat of engineering and the brains that build it and finally put them in the skies and back to land again...

Jun 11, 2011 - Not all wide body, 2 weeks ago I flew back from Milan to JFK on a 767-400ER and the crew rested right behind me in seat 9A (Delta)
matdinzz Says:
Jun 17, 2011 - Its depend on airlines. But for most legacy airlines (like one I'm currently worked with) they provide the crew bunks for the crews to rest and sometime they do reserved some seats (normally on the last row) for their crews to rest. If the crews rest on seats with passenger they must have some indications to show they were off duty ie on my airlines the female c.a. wear the cardigan while the male c.a. wear the vest.

Jun 17, 2011 - Very cool! Thanks for the info! Would you mind telling me the Airline?

Jul 14, 2011 - @SleaZyYKixX they don't manually fly the entire flight you know? it's autopilot

Aug 12, 2011 - Great video . While I used to love being an airline pilot, unlike the current top commenter claims, I don't think its the best job in the world - as the in between bits bored the crap out of me, so now I have a more interesting job.I currently work for Playboy as an artificial implant detector.

Dec 7, 2011 - unfortunately with low pay.
jorenleun Says:
Dec 23, 2011 - This is a training flight. For long haul flights they add extra crew members to meet legal requirements. But on this flight not the case, because it is a training flight
LMF5000 Says:
Dec 23, 2011 - Heh heh. From one checklist-centric job to another! :)Er, they do give you a list of the things to grope and check for, no?
TheillegalCookie Says:
Dec 24, 2011 - then you should know that 1 of 2 pilots fall asleep..
base5ballsspilot Says:
Jan 2, 2012 - low?? Yeah the first years in a big airline you don't make a lot, but if you are with a big airline for about 5 to 10 years you could be making in the 6 digits. Some pilots for very large airlines flying international flights make about 300,000 that is rare though. Also pilots make a bonus every hour they are away from home. Overall being a pilot is a good paying job after you have been with the airline for a while. ;D
FSXreality Says:
Jan 14, 2012 - I thought some viewers here might be interested in my channel where I do real-time voice-over flights using the PMDG simulator for FSX, but don't focus on graphics, just procedures from real-world. I also take requests. Stop on by if you wish!
diegocastrocalvo Says:
Jan 30, 2012 - how did you do to enter in the cockpit?
crazyfox564 Says:
Mar 10, 2012 - there's an answer to that ... you'll find it at PornTube.com . ;)

LMF5000 Says:
May 28, 2011 - Oh. Are the backup crew allowed to sleep during the rest period?
