Sep 15, 2010 - hmm, i gotcha. I don't live in the UK so i'll take your word for it.It's just a big problem with bears and us in the states.
tina6581 Says:
Oct 10, 2010 - What makes you think all the deer in the UK are fenced in? Not a bit of it. I see wiled deer ever night and I have seen them in central London to.
tina6581 Says:
Oct 10, 2010 - The UK badger is not more squat than the American badger. It is the other way round. I have seen both types. As well as having handled both dead and living badgers in the UK.
badgerdood Says:
Oct 10, 2010 - Sorry, I was wrong with that. There are deer in a park near me and it is chaos on the roads if any get out.

Nov 20, 2010 - nice video, if we destroy their habitat we are responsably to feed them
FarmerGriff Says:
Dec 9, 2010 - @Magiwyvern Because it makes them less afraid of humans. Take the 800+ pound bear Bozo from PA that was shot and killed, it came up to a guys back door to get fed, knocking if the food wasn't there already. What if this guy had moved and a family with kids had moved in, bear knocks, mom freaks out doesn't feed this bear. Bear being a bear will decide if the food isn't coming out, I am going in. This is a bear that has no fear of humans anymore because it has been fed by them.

Mar 27, 2011 - i dont think you can compare feeding a badger and feeding a bear.
FarmerGriff Says:
Mar 28, 2011 - Badgers are real nasty animals, carry a whole slew of diseases and are pretty damn aggressive when someone approaches.
siphuncle Says:
Mar 29, 2011 - i take your point but comparing leaving a plate of food for a badger and feeding an 800lb + bear is a bit of a stretch.
bufferbridge Says:
Mar 31, 2011 - hopefully!
RyushuSuperCat Says:
Apr 7, 2011 - Not to be mean, but that's not a honey badger. Those are dark-colored above and lighter on the bottom, without any facial stripes.
llilium Says:
Apr 22, 2011 - white on top, black on bootm. also, they don't give a shit, they just take what they want
richwicz Says:
Apr 26, 2011 - All deer aren't fenced in, that's ridiculous.I'm surrounded by countryside and seeing large wild deer and muntjacs is very common.
RyushuSuperCat Says:
Apr 29, 2011 - D'oh, I got the color placement screwed up DX
GeoffLafayette Says:
May 28, 2011 - This obviously is a tame Badger, unlike the ones in wild and the video VICIOUS! BADGER ATTACK AT ZOO! (Buckystein # 1). Fox vs. Badger sounds like a Marvel Comic Book

badgerdood Says:
Sep 15, 2010 - There aren't many wild mammals in the UK. I think badgers and foxes are the largest. Before anyone suggests deer, I think they are all fenced in, even if on very large estates. Badgers and foxes are respectful and afraid of humans and tend to keep well clear.
