Feb 3, 2012 - Knopfler is a lot like David Glimour from Pink Floyd. Both have beautiful tone and unbelievable taste in their solos. But unlike Gilmour, Knopfler shows creativity in all of his solos, taking that tone and taste into a different direction rather than just playing what he played before. Just beautiful stuff, each and every time he plays it.
