May 18, 2012 - She refused to watch any of the video, and started sobbing uncontrollably..
JLay13 Says:
May 18, 2012 - Because people should be free to believe what the wish without repercussion or judgement. Do you not realize that the same message of hate which you are so opposed to is the same as the one people spread in opposition to religion? Also, most the ideals of intolerance toward religion are based on the generalization that all religious people are hateful and close-minded, this is untrue...
Tethyrin Says:
May 18, 2012 - I can't stand the "Amazing Atheist". Not only does he distort the "Christian position" (Which is a meaningless phrase, as there are over 20,000 sects of Christianity at present), but he presents numerous logical inconsistencies and out and out poor reasoning to make his mock-argument. It's more an excuse for him to whine for four minutes than anything else......And for the record, I'm not a Christian. I just hate idiots and hypocrites...and the 'Amazing Atheist' is both in spades.
PsychoticSnake Says:
May 18, 2012 - I will have to disagree with you there somewhat. yes, people should be able to believe without repercussion, because belief is a personal matter which doesn't affect reality. But people should be allowed to judge - Idf you can't hold up to judgement, that's your problem. My opposition to hatred IS my opposition to religion here, because many religions work on hatred. Also, that question is unclear. The problem is with religion, not religious people. People can change, but dogmas don't.
DarkMind95 Says:
May 18, 2012 - Like it has been stated by numerous philosophers, things exist in numerous different worlds. There are 3 of these worlds.World 1 is the physical world, and this is contains all the things we can see and what we can touch. There is not a single proof of God in this world, we can't notice him in physical appearance.World 2 is the "spiritual" world, in which contains all the emotions and feelings that can't be physically touched. By the theistic standarts, this is the world in which God exists.
DarkMind95 Says:
May 18, 2012 - There is also the 3rd world, where our cultural existence holds it's place. Our impacts on the enviroment, our culture and our beliefs live in this world. In reality, God lives in this world. Every single myth lives in this world.People live in all these worlds. Our physical existence, our spiritual existence and our cultural existence are all here for us to see.God, in other hand, lives in the 3rd world and it's not even God, it's the authors and story tellers who created him to that world.
DarkMind95 Says:
May 18, 2012 - Anyone is free to believe in what they want to believe. But we have 2 rules for that1. Do not force other people to convert to your religion or belief. Many religions have failed to meet this rule. Christianity and Islam have been the most cruel religions to date when it comes to qrusades, terrorist attacks and persecutions.2. Your belief shall not be harmful to any other person who doesn't cause harm on others. Another rule Christianity has failed in with the rejection of gays and intolerance
JLay13 Says:
May 18, 2012 - All my comment was about was tolerance. I'm not arguing with either of you. I'm only pointing out that calling people stupid or inferior is unnecessary. Also, I am not the spokesperson for Christianity or Islam...so I'm not sure why you're using those to target me. You can't even deal with someone merely stating that some of these comments are slightly intolerant. You disagree for the sake of doing it. Stop that
ManvierOnWheelz Says:
May 18, 2012 - Amazing Atheist...You made me convert xD (Catholicism to Atheism for those dimwitted, small minded people who are on this comment page, no doubt)
DarkMind95 Says:
May 19, 2012 - You got me all wrong. The only thing I was saying was that we don't tolerate that kind of belief which hurts by standers. We are not intolerant, we can tolerate ignorance and false knowledge. What we can't tolerate is meaningless violence driven by that false knowledge.I was only correcting/informing you about our "intolerance". We have our reasons.
SteelCurtainD7694 Says:
May 21, 2012 - So how was the universe created then?
SteelCurtainD7694 Says:
May 21, 2012 - God loves all of us, please follow Him and you will enter His kingdom, also if you know how the universe started, please tell me.
mrhobowithashotgunx Says:
May 22, 2012 - Seriously? Are you joking?
Prinsgezindepatriot Says:
May 22, 2012 - @SteelCurtainD7694 Choosing the way of the ease is not alwys choosing the the good way. That your religion explains the beginning of the universe without research doesnt make it the true religion. Yes, scientists dont know everything yet, but that's science. Hoe exactly does this help your stance?
Pie4Pigs Says:
May 22, 2012 - Godspeed, amazing Athiest!oh wait
joshua12345a Says:
May 23, 2012 - not by the big bang ill tell you. that proven by the law of physics
ManvierOnWheelz Says:
May 23, 2012 - How can I know? I was not there, and neither were you, and it is not possible for anyone to truly know, lest we invent time travel. How do you know that a God created the universe? Because one fucking book written by PEOPLE 2000 years ago tells you so? They had practically no way to know, so they made up some crap about how a God created the earth, simply because they did not know the answer. So don't ask me a question no one can correctly answer (For the moment) and expect a correct answer.
EzThePker Says:
May 23, 2012 - Google "multiverse" and "big bang", there's your answer, have a nice read.
EzThePker Says:
May 23, 2012 - Oh and regarding multiverse, read up on "M-theory" as well.
bass109 Says:
May 24, 2012 - God of heaven thanks for giving hell to billions and taking 1000 to hell everyday and 1- to heaven. What an asshole. Thanks for making shit tree of evil and giving this burden to hole mankind.
iAmRelmfu Says:
May 25, 2012 - Every single theory on how the universe was created will always be just a theory. If God created the universe who created God? A being more powerful than the universe creating itself seems more unlikely than the universe just creating itself. Both seem impossible in my opinion. Obviously something happened or we wouldn't be here. Even if we never find out how the universe was created that is still better than saying "God did it now shut up, worship him and stop thinking!"
toto11132 Says:
May 25, 2012 - God got formed with the big bang the elements started to understand they were something by chance
5648945621 Says:
May 27, 2012 - prove it.
5648945621 Says:
May 27, 2012 - prove it.

CrAzYpotpie Says:
May 18, 2012 - Just like you could say Mario can jump 15 feet in the air. He obviously isn't real, but he is known. Just like now I can say God is a waste of time. I know of peoples perception of god and my own, and its quite clear that he is inescapably linked with a certain religion, but he is just like Mario. Given characteristics that are described and detailed, and even visible (Many picture Jesus with Sandals, White Drab Cloth Robe, Long brown hair ). I know it too, but that doesn't mean he ever existed.
