It's not surprising that many people don't know this, because most people don't follow classical music.

Please don't get me wrong, I LOVE True Romance and it's soundtrack, but c'mon...credit where credit is due.

Apr 15, 2012 - Just to make sure we're clear on this....this is a direct theft of Carl Orff's classic piece entitled "Gassenhauer" which was not credited in the film. It was written several years before and released on a vinyl (do you kids know what a vinyl is?) which was a musical staple of my childhood.

"Gassenhauer" was actually based on a piece by the 16th century composer and lutenist Hans Neusidler. You refer to people on here as "kids."
