Richter and Tchaikovsky would be glad to know that TaiTwamAsi can see the deeper meaning in the music. If you think emotion is crap, there is no doubt that your musical understanding is woefully shallow and superficiel. There are more beneath the notes than on the surface, emotion is the soul of music, without which you can only make "nice noise".

Feb 7, 2012 - I thought that he plays the arpeggiated chords amazingly. And the allegro giocoso part is so clear-you can hear every note. This song is not meant to be all romantic and expressive-it is a song about summer and its beginning and duration, and then the sad ending. You can see the elaborate notes added into the second half of this piece. I can see a truly talented pianist-Richter plays this melody just right.

Feb 25, 2012 - I'm able to find beauty where people wouldn't dare look. I'm able to find comfort where people wouldn't dare linger. I'm able do appreciate a sound people couldn't endure. I'm able to live with myself because of music. In my own mind... there floats eternal melodies. Melancholia begame somewhat of a friend to me. I find this kind of music somewhat extremly satisfying.
