Sep 14, 2011 - a worse situation? not only did the japanese lose more lives, they lost more homes and had the radiation threat, and they received equal help, infact new orleans may have received more since america influences the world more, for example afghanistan donated $100,000 towards katrina relief but only $50,000 to the whole of japan relief. but still japanese people kept their morals and waited for help, people in new orleans did not, why?
