Jan 28, 2012 - Great great cover! and no Hossflex he is not, he is a "back up" his vocals are supposed to be distant, especially since his pitch is higher than the main vocals, he would be overpowering if he was too close.

Jan 28, 2012 - @Hossflex Those AT4033's are pretty sensitive. If you get too close to them, you get a very lumpy bottom end.. "bass proximity effect" thing going on. Nice for a breathy lead vocal, but not so good for stacks of bg vocals and *really* not good for that shiny acoustic guitar sound (hence the smaller diaphragm mic for the recording of the Adamas II acoustic.)

Jan 28, 2012 - @frajolausa - I used Final Cut Pro to "spleet" the videos. Basically, you stack up four videos on the timeline, reduce each one's size so that it fits a quarter of the screen. Drag it to the corner you want it to appear in. Now all four videos are visible simultaneously.
