Running high and tall works wonders for him, and i guarantee you that if there was something wrong with his form, his coaches would have corrected it long ago.  Some people run amazingly fast running tall (bolt) while others post crazy times dropping their hips (Johnson). If you want to see serious sloppy running look at Christophe Lemaitre, the Frenchman.
