Apr 10, 2012 - I can't BELIEVE I TOTALLY FORGOT about this segment from Joe's 1984 HBO comedy special. Another Home Run! I remembered the Andy Rooney bit, and of course, "Tony De No No", but I plain forgot about this. Joe Piscopo is truly underrated and unappreciated as a visual artist and comedic performer.
