May 26, 2012 - Yeah many people dont realize that the five minutes in some "COOL" videos take years of practise. That is the reason why there are so much injures caused by this. It is just some people who say something like: "Hey I can do that, just hold my beer for a sec!" But these people will hurt one day anyway, parkour or not.
