May 1, 2012 - If I can't sleep, it comes automatically...When I go to sleep, it naturally starts with a weird state of thinking about creative things, many ideas and thoughts, then it goes down to start crying about lost love, and thinking about her without stop... from there it goes start feeling shitty about existence itself for it being a massive horror show, then suddenly have an unconnected thoughts about girls and their legs... Then a bit of self-hatred leading to silence, Unless I get creative again.

May 16, 2012 - Drugs is a short term solution that only works half the time.Sleep Restriction Therapy is way more effective. Basically, you force yourself only be allowed to sleep in a certain time window (which is small at start). If you sleep the whole time, or not at all doesn't matter. You go to sleep and get up from bed at pre decided times. Eventually you will get more sleep, then you can gradually extend the time window until you got the recommended hours of sleep.If someone here can't sleep, try it.

Try swiming or jogging until you get really tired.And just so you know I think you are probably a terrific person .I always find this much sincerety (like you or LEV-aka AGENTXPQ have- to be admirable, perhaps because it resonates with me or because it is so hard for me to be so brutally honest to so many people. May 24, 2012 - son of a bitch ive been lying awake for 2 hours trying to sleep. i finally gave up and decided to go to youtube. gret now time to pass out aat 6 am only to have to wake up for a busy day at 7

Apr 28, 2012 - I tried Melatonin, which worked really well at first, but then I started to have hallucinations. If you take medications then it just becomes too difficult to wake up. The best thing is to clear the mind of all thoughts. If you can. There are some nights when your mind is racing, and it's better to get up and read rather than just lying there suffering.
