May 3, 2012 - It's a tough, tough road, but I did it after 13 years of smoking. It's a physically painful thing to do, but you will be SO grateful that you did it once you're completely over the addiction. Buy lots of gum or candy or jerkey or whatever you like, and do that instead of smoking. If a group of co-workers go out to smoke...don't join them even if you don't smoke, it just makes you want it more. God bless you, and if I can win that battle, anyone can.
