There are so many more things in this world to be upset about, Twilight is trivial and frivolous. This is a great song, and as such has been used in a huge film. Take it as a compliment on your taste in music.

When Edward left her, she tried putting herself in danger just to hear/see a delusion of him while being in an utter state of depression. That's not normal. Girls are stronger than that. We don't need a man in our lives to define us and complete us.
