Description:
No one from this channel is in the video. Please keep the discussion in focus and on the subject of the US becoming a police state. Name calling and rude comments will get you banned. A Nazi style check point has been set up inside the USA for the sole purpose of violating the 4th amendment rights of US citizens. Mexico is the USA's 3rd largest oil supplier. We have an agreement with them, If we want their oil, we keep our borders porous. Immigration has a Catch and Release program for illegals which allows the vast majority of Mexican and other nationals caught crossing our borders illegally, to go free, some of which have been terrorist. The Border Patrol isn't looking for illegals or even drugs. They are stopping US citizens on internal roads for one purpose only, conditioning us to voluntarily giving up our civil rights. Welcome to Police State USA. The story on how the border patrol is violating the rights of US citizens and disregarding the US Constitution. Remember that this is not at the border and the Border Patrol are not police officers. They do not have the jurisdiction or authority to enforce local, state city or traffic laws. Some have even been found to be illegal aliens associated with drug cartels and the CIA. Obama: "We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force (Police) that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded. I have no intention of closing the borders until congress comes up with a comprehensive immigration policy ". Obama wants a civilian security force as powerful and as well-funded as the Department of Defense. Would that include giving these cops automatic rifles, helicopters, and missile launchers? Will the uniforms be brown? And what badge/swastika will they wear? The department of justice has announced that people have the right under the constitution to video police in the performance of their duties. Any officer that arrests a citizen for taping will be charged with false arrest & violating the 1st, 4th, & 14th amendments. Any officer that confiscates a phone or camera will be charged with theft, and video erasure carries the additional charge of obstruction of Justice & destroying evidence. And cops are no longer immune to personal law suites filed by victims. Sharp v. Baltimore Police Department.

May 27, 2012 - Civil rights my ass... I want the cops to do their jobs just like that! Because, if I dont have anything to worry about, this is only going to take a split second and end with a "have a nice day!" Makes me feel good, when I know people driving my streets are no felons or anything.
DanceRooster Says:
May 27, 2012 - This guys is not a cop, this is nothing job and this does nothing to stop felons or anything else. I understand that it only took a split second for the Jews to lose all of thir rights, and it was under the guise of "We are protecting you". Im glad thats what you want you probable think that having nothing to hide is protection from the law? Look up the Kathrine Johnston Case, she had nothing to hide when the cops killed a 96 year old woman in her bed. Wake up and smell what your shoveling
DanceRooster Says:
May 27, 2012 - What about it? We're sorry. The page you are looking for could not be found.
DanceRooster Says:
May 27, 2012 - What part of your rights are you having trouble with? I know mine very well.

May 27, 2012 - dacula(DOT)patch(DOT)com/articles/cops-smash-window-after-driver-refuses-to-exit-vehicle ....This is the closest I could get considering the only times someone refuses to exit their car, they have alot to hide, therefore, the cops overlook the small things and go for the big stuff.
leatherface976666 Says:
May 27, 2012 - You have to change the (DOT) to a period, considering you can't post links in comments on here.
DanceRooster Says:
May 27, 2012 - How did he run through the checkpoint? Was he on foot? Because hes not driving. And how do you abuse your rights when this violates the constitutions 4th, 9th and 14th amendments. The interfering with free travel inside the US, illegally requiring an ID, stopping without suspicion, searching without probable cause, consent or warrant, running a crime control checkpoint, and blocking a public right of way? Cooperate? You mean like the Jews did with the Nazis?
DanceRooster Says:
May 27, 2012 - I did it comes up as We're sorry. The page you are looking for could not be found.
DanceRooster Says:
May 27, 2012 - Whats your point anyway? what part of that are you referring to? I dont need a Law 101 course from the internet.
Pafoofnik1 Says:
May 27, 2012 - I asked for quote and cite or case law.Not some website.Even your website fails. Not Border Patrol. Not an internal B.P. checkpoint. Stopped under suspicion. Nothing about immigration law... Etc.
Pafoofnik1 Says:
May 27, 2012 - I cannot find any part of this website that cites a law that supports your guess that "you are legally required to identify yourself to ANY form of law enforcement". Perhaps you can quote the part?Probably not.
outlander2007 Says:
May 27, 2012 - I'm against illegal immigration but this is funny! When we called ICE at 2 AM for 6 illegals they said it was inconvenient and we where told to let them go! Way to go INS!!!
outlander2007 Says:
May 27, 2012 - Hey video guy! U R wasting my tax dollars!
redfeonix93 Says:
May 27, 2012 - I read a lot about this being similar to Nazis and Jews. First thing, how does this have any revelance to that? Second, you were being a douche. Yes there are cops out there that think they are big shit but to be honest this guy was being nice from the get go. Yeah there was a camera on him but why was there a camera in the first place? It seems to me that you only pulled the camera out because you planned to push things this far and you planned to use it to say you had your rights impeached.
jkplover Says:
May 27, 2012 - The cop was awesome when dealing with this guy, guy with a camera was an idiot and should have been arrested much earlier for impeding the checkpoint.
10qaws Says:
May 27, 2012 - this is what having a stupid job makes you act like
Pafoofnik1 Says:
May 27, 2012 - According to federal law, he wasn't impeding.
10qaws Says:
May 27, 2012 - i cant believe i watched this for ten minutes because a dick wanted to find weed and see what it looks like
DanceRooster Says:
May 27, 2012 - This is inside the US not at a border. The people in the video have to deal with this between home & work everyday. BP are looking for a specific nationality of people, conducting warrantless searches, asking for papers, demanding proof of citizenship & restricting free movement inside our country. They are extracting, assaulting, detaining & killing legal US citizens, that have broken no laws, crossed no borders & are not suspects in violation of the constitution. Looks pretty Nazi to me!
DanceRooster Says:

The interfering with free travel inside the US, illegally requiring an ID, stopping without suspicion, searching without probable cause, consent or warrant, running a crime control checkpoint, and blocking a public right of way. The drone states "Theres nothing here that tells me your not a criminal" says it all. The government considers us all criminals and treats us as such. Is that impeached enough for you?
overcrispy Says:
May 27, 2012 - Stop being a dumbass and comply... damn.
knightd00b Says:
May 27, 2012 - The problem is that checkpoints are constitutionally illegal to begin with.
knightd00b Says:
May 27, 2012 - Yeah, but the checkpoint is constitutionally illegal to begin with..
