Feb 11, 2012 - I'm disappointed the damns we put in place to manage the flood waters were not....managing the flood waters?Long ago, the river was so low you could easily walk across it. I have to wonder, if unaltered, the river would have managed the flood waters much better?

Mar 24, 2012 - A lot of rain fell on the Swatara creek watershed in a short amount of time, and backed up on Swatara creek around the natural bottleneck, aka, (tight passage limiting its flow due to a restricting narrow high walled valley) near Indian Echo Caverns, before trying to drain into the Susquhanna river. Mystery solved. UNGH! Lol!
