Feb 13, 2012 - thanks for asking!1) Will your book be helpful for writing songs...This book in particular is aimed towards writing pop, rock or country songs suitable for radio. The great thing about this book is that many of the rules, tricks and techniques apply with most of the "mainstream" genres. On top of that, many of the concepts work for non-mainstream genres, although I wouldn't count on this particular book for systematically writing songs.

Feb 13, 2012 - (cont).1) With enough demand, I could create more products to suit individual genres even if they aren't played on the radio2) Help with music theory?I've tried to set it up in a way that requires the least theory possible. One of the programs I recommend take care of the theory for you, and I teach you to use the program in one of the bonuses. One again, with demand, I could make another bonus for learning basic music theory.

Feb 13, 2012 - Will your book be helpful for writing songs in all genres or is it a genre specific book? Also does the book contain help with music theory?
