I wonder if Kennedy's speech hinted that you must unite together to stand up against those who want to control the people? May 26, 2012 - Those numbers are false. Rule 38 states delegates cant be bound. The news is reporting bound delegates even though the party rules state that they arent bund. Most of those Romney delegates are Ron Paul supports being "given" to Romney because he won the state. We will only see the true delegate counts in August at the National Convention in Tampa. DONT BELIEVE THE MEDIA DELEGATE COUNTS!!!!!!!
