Nov 18, 2011 - Made this last year while it tasted great for Thanksgiving, however it was a little too much Port and it was quite intense. Good for a small amount once or twice but I got tired of it after a week or so. Next time I'm going to reduce the amount of Port by half the amount they've added here. Use 100 percent cranberry juice to make up the missing amount.
